This is a unique FULL-TIME, salaried position for someone with exemplary communication skills, a keen eye to detail, and an eagerness to go above and beyond. The Lead Client Communications Coordinator will serve as the head of the Customer Success Department, with a goal to support customers at every stage in their journey with our company.
You’ll spend part of your day on NICABM email, phone, LiveChat, and Facebook messenger to ensure our students and followers are looked after, feel special, and have everything they need to keep making progress. You’ll also be the voice of our customers inside the company. We’ll look to you for suggestions on how to improve our existing programs, ideas on new programs we may want to create in the future, and ways to improve the usability of our website. You’ll be expected to think critically about common issues, and brainstorm with other departments about ways to improve our customers’ experience. You may also be required to assist the Director of Operations and President with various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and bookkeeping.
