Ron Siegel, PsyDRon Siegel, PsyD, is a psychologist, Assistant Professor of Psychology, part time at Harvard Medical School, and member of the Board of Directors at the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy. In his clinical work, Ron incorporates mindfulness-based techniques to help clients increase distress tolerance, relieve anxiety, and foster deeper social connections. He also helps clients manage physical symptoms using principles from mind-body treatment. Ron has written several books, including The Mindfulness Solution: Everyday Practices for Everyday Problems and Wisdom and Compassion in Psychotherapy: Deepening Mindfulness in Clinical Practice. |
