I would allow my real self without defended myself to just be instead of trying to be what I think each person in my life wants me to be. i have been a chameleon for so long, I don’t really know who I am.
I would be a listener, able to be with another person in distress without making it about me. I could allow them to own their life, feelings and actions. I would be calm.
A life without fear would be a soothing hand on my shoulder, giving me comfort to enjoy my life again! Tara , your words resonated with me, sending positive thoughts my way, thank you!
During these uncertain times, the Covid19 Pandemic has robbed many folk of their loved ones, jobs, homes and Families. It’s hard to imagine the pain that some or all of you have experienced, sending you healing hugs, may the weeks&months ahead be filled with happiness&love, be kind to yourselves, go well!
Without fear I would have been able to stick up for my self and be truly self expressed. A lifetime of feeling my needs didn’t matter is a crushing affliction.
Thank you, Tara!
Cultivating a Fearless Heart really resonated with me and my work with clients. Self-doubt and failure are such common belief. I am excited to learn more.

I would be phenomenally more productive and efficient – I’d also be a lot clearer in expressing my needs a lot sooner Iife than what it’s taken me (and I’m continuing to learn to do). I’d be unstoppable and the deep love I enjoy sharing would be totally unleashed!

Thank you for your words, Tara. I would be a more peaceful authentic version of myself if I didn’t believe something is wrong with me. Finding my fearless heart sounds like the path to authenticity.
The freedom of knowing my true Buddha nature would enable me to live from a consistent place of compassion and self compassion. The fear and the anxiety loops would dissolve leaving peace and healing. 🦋

When I was a kid I had a dream with a gorilla chasing me around and around my house. I was afraid of course. After a few cycles I stopped and turned to face it. The gorilla stopped, stood still. Fear left me as I stood there. I love this memory. 💗 Now I’ll bring it up when I feel fear in my current life. Real but not true. That gorilla wasn’t out to hurt me. There are many gorillas these days and some of them do want to hurt me and I can protect myself.
Free, loving, and loved. Thank you for your wisdom and guidance, which is so timely today, of all days. I’m about to do something which has been a HUGE fear trigger for me for many years. After watching these videos I feel a massive weight has lifted. I’m so grateful. Thank you!
