Thank you Tara, you gave me some hope, even though the grip of fear is so powerful that I cannot help doubting. Would it work too for those of us living with cPTSD?
I think I would feel like a bird, free to soar.
I would be hopeful that I could be happy again. I lost my 49 yr old husband this year and my fear is that this deep missing of him I feel will not go away.
I like that strategy.
Is this thought true?
Is this so?
Challenging a fearful belief is a good strategy .
I feel the media is the number one generator of fear, media amplifies unconsciousness.
I am going to pout forward that we should question and my contentious opinion is not that of the collective hive mind at this time .
Is our number one fear “covID19″ real or true?.. or is it a media spread thought form?
Is it the flu rebranded?
The PCR test cant detect even 1 whole transmissible virus. The PCR test is being mis used to create ” cases”.
Can you even question this ” cvoid19″ or is there too much fear?
If I didn’t think anything was wrong with me and if I was fearless, I would be free and at peace more often. I love the idea of real but not true. The thoughts and the feelings that follow them are real, but that doesn’t make them truth/fact/helpful.
The self-trust in this approach supports the awareness that we have someone with us in difficult times – connecting people with themselves in a loving, supportive, and positive way.

I would be free to move around as I choose to – to drive anywhere I like. I would be more generous with my family and friends. I would be more affectionate and loving. I would take risks with my work. I would take on more leadership in my community. I would sleep better at night and be in a better mood during the day. I would probably be healthier overall.
I would be free to be me, my own authentic higher self. Free from judgement of self and others to live with peaceful acceptance of all that is, manifesting Love.
I would be in my practice, doing the work I am called to do. I would be connecting more fully to the unborn baby within my womb. I would be reaching out to community.
I would be able to be more my authentic self instead of getting caught up in the distractions of worry.
The videos reminded me of the value of self compassion during difficult times.

Whenever I feel fearless, I feel peaceful, calm, freedom and able to experience contentment and joy. I can experience living moments as they happen with ease and accepting the impermanent nature of life. This workshop was exactly what I needed this week as I stepped into an acting position at work replacing my manager for 5 weeks. Thank you Tara 🙏🏾💜
Thank you. I need to hear this message over and over after having a painfull experience that that was unacknowledged by my family and friends. Which created a belief I must hide or be rejected. Creating anxiety of connecting and fear of rejection by others.
Thank you Tara. These talks you just gave on self-doubt and facing one’s fears are invaluable. I look forward to getting your recording and practicing with myself and others.
Just when I thought I had my fear under control, another situation happened and threw me back into my anxiety loop, lost sleep, inability to concentrate, etc. Clearly my anxiety can’t be cured, but must be embraced and managed.
I would be happier and more understanding of my one nature, more authentic and courage to be me. I would travel more and relax more about life, take me in a lighter way. Thank you
