Without fear I wouldn’t feel held back in my body fearful of trying new things and doing old familiar things with ease. I would be happy and comfortable in my body knowing everything will be ok. I would enjoy this beautiful world god has created for us.
I’d be more fully myself. Stripping away lens of fear that I view life thru, would allow me to trust my own insight more fully. I’d feel a more easy and relaxed presence to guide my choices, responses, and communication. I’d let people in more easily.
I would have ridden a horse in August on the Adirondack trails I rode as a child and as a riding counselor–trusting muscle memory, common sense and the kind leadership of others much younger.
I am touched by the comments so many have made here. My favorite advice columnist, Carolyn Hax, strongly recommends “The Gift of Fear” for those who face, experience or are threatened with violence, emotional or physical.
Hi Tara thank you for offering this free course to all of us. I love learning from you and I practice Mindfulness everyday. It is wonderful and it has made me a better more loving person.

Without fear and the framework it creates for my perspective on my life, I would be a joyful being, curious about everything, reaching out for new experiences, trusting my instincts and motivations forward. It would be glorious.
I would be a more confident woman who really believes she is lovable. I would have the strength to face my demons. To wrap myself with compassion as these fears arise.
I have had a fear of the dark and being alone since I was 9 years old. I will not sleep in my house if I am alone. I hope that if I take this course it will help get rid of this debilitating fear. I am 71 years old. It has been a long time.
This is a great question, Tara. I’ve always lived with a sense of fear/doubt and in some odd way it’s been comfortable because it’s familiar, habitual. Living without fear and/or doubt would be liberating and I imagine would change the trajectory of my life. And I believe we can change the narratives in our head which dominate so much of our behavior. Meditation has helped me with this.
If I could live my life with a fearless heart I would be a deeply compassionate Children’s and Young People’s creative art therapist and a loving partner/companion to myself and other important people in my life.
Thank you.
It’s quite difficult to imagine. I am almost 70 years old and have lived with fear and anxiety for so long! But if change is possible, I would be able to live my life with more ease. And that would be awesome!
if I became fear less, I will be mentally, as well as physically strong 💪 person, in real I am not a weak person, fears gets me weak. Tara by the way I love your. Mindfulness program and I am enjoying both Jack Tara.
Thank you very much

I feel I need some fear to keep me motivated but too much fear did take control of my life. I would say less fear would give me freedom to do what I love without worry. Explore and enjoy nature and what life has to offer. Become an aventurer

than I have been for a while. Feel like I am re-emerging in a new way!
If I were free from the conditioning fear, I guess I would be able to do anything and everything I was born to do; anything that is aligned with my heart.
A confident person that believes in her inner beauty and capabilities, a spacious mind, a creative soul, an open heart, a person surrendering to the moment and not to her thoughts and emotions, letting go, a person taking step by step action and not being defeatist about the future, a more helping hand, a smiling face, tenacious in front of adversity and one soul that lives life with adventure and energy.
