Without fear I would be someone who stands for her truth at all times, no matter how high the (apparent) obstacle. I would acknowledge that the perceived obstacle is just that; a perception of something that is real to me in this time and place, but is nothing in actuality.
I don’t know because my life is based on fear. Wow!! I’m just realizing this!!?now that’s deep. I don’t know what to say after that. Only I hope that you can help me please
I feel like I’ve been trying to fix myself my whole adult life, which in some way, presupposes that there is something wrong with me that needs fixing. To be honest, I really don’t know who I’d be without fear. I guess that that’s what I’ve been looking for with all my spiritual work and healing.
Without fear, I will be confident, i will be awake in every moment, live my life enthusiastically, spread love, confidence and encoragrment to my surroundings!
very useful video. being afraid has been part of my life for a long time. for much of that time, I’m not sure how aware I’ve been that fear has been the issue underneath. thanks for this, Tara.
At home in my own skin, my own life and able to sustainably provide for my own survival needs, so that My focus on non survival endeavors are a responsible focus of my time and resources.
Thanks! I would be a balanced woman free of fear of not being enough! I would hold myself steady when conflict arrives and not react without thinking of the consequences of hurting another. My fear of being abandoned without support wouldn’t take over me. I would truly like who I am . I could see why people like me as a friend. I would relax and enjoy life.

Fear is critical to being human. Without fear I wouldn’t be human. I would be denying a piece of myself. By choosing to acknowledge that I occasionally experience fear I more fully accept all aspects of myself. By learning the cause of my fear, by accepting I can influence the impact of fear, I come closer to truly understanding myself.
Thank you for this information. I have lived with fear of failure all my life. It started when I was very young. I wish I could have talked to someone then. I would be a different person now for sure. More confident of myself and my actions. Happier without worry and anxiety.

I don’t really know of course though I do recognize times in my life when fear stopped me or I turn aside because of fear of failure. As I age it seems there is more fear, imagining that picking myself back up and dusting off would be much harder, hurt more.
Sometimes an image come of who I could or might have been if other less fearful choices were made
Great message, as always Tara. If I will be using the mantra – True but not real. I will be back using my law degree to advocate for others. I would not be influenced by others.
Peaceful, not so busy doing. I become exhausted at times because one of my responses to feeling fear is doing. I am not able to be still, to listen to the still soft voice within. Instead I become fearful and exacerbate my responses to a situation. Creating more anxiety. Real but not true is very helpful. Thank you.
Thank you Tara for this reminder to think about my self value! I have been teaching my clients about self value/esteem yet recently have been feeling value-less regarding the present job.
I will work with that question for myself so that i can be in a better place in assisting my clients!
