I have always known that self-doubt is underneath so much of the fear and anxiety I come across but this explains it so clearly and what you could start to do about it. Without self-doubt there would be so much less fear.
I would be more free and I think more present, and more me.
I always felt there was a wall between me and my true self. It has taken the form of self- destructive behaviour and avoidance. And now I say ‘ Enough’! I’m ready to take on new behaviours -so, I’m all ears!
Who knows? I’ve lived with fear all my life, it is so inhibiting. In some instances I’ve overcome it, but it’s always there, naturally trying to protect me. Perhaps I could make friends with it, and talk it round to a different expression of itself!

It was a new find for me the combo idea of a belief and strong felt sense in the body that confirms the belief and the looping begins, confirming the self doubts. Thanks so much for your willingness to share. Sincerely Jan

For me this is a simple question. I would be FREE! Free from all kinds of worry and anxiety. Free from fear of leaving my comfort zone. Free to do and go where I want and as I want. Being free from fears would bring me happiness beyond belief…

I would be working w/out contracts with insurance programs and would be successfully marketing my services for the going rate for skilled psychotherapists in my area of expertise, trauma-informed psychotherapy/ SEP BASE.
I would be a newly retired woman, ready to explore new possibilities in my life! I would start taking classes, exercise more, find a group to sing with and travel more. I would believe in myself and my abilities, instead of focusing on the negative parts of myself.
I hope I would discover joy again!
Capable of meeting all that arises with an open heart and open mind, bringing to each moment exactly what is needed to be of benefit to all whose lives I touch.
I would know who I really am. I was born with all these inherited gifts that are blocked from fear an self-doubt. I would feel safe, provided for, abundant, and filled with joy without this feeling of fear.
