Nothing is permanent. Practice non attachment and mindfulness. Breathe and let go. Focus on being here at this very moment. See the light even in the darkness.
How i will use what i learn: to continue my own growth & well-being, self-awareness, and hopefully increase my only occasional meditation . Also in my healing practice, i can share my greater understandings and insights with clients while encouraging them as well to increase their own ability to be present, and to go deeper than the surface emotions to the ones lying beneath that need attention, as well as to offer more kinds of positive emotional encouragement, hope, and peace of mind.
Thank you very much for this video. It will help me face fear by
being conscious that there is no real danger, and that I can beat it if I can be quiet and self-confident, as to avoid the flight impulse and affront fear systematically until feeling it is under control.
Fortunately my therapist brings mindfulness wisdom into her practice. Sessions with her help me. I can also see how this “facing your…” can apply to feelings in general, and to a person’s relationship with food, or any one of many areas of life that can become problematic when swept under the rug of awareness. Thank you for this video.

Breathing and grounding exercises. Then, sitting with myself and witnessing what is here, listening for any questions/answers/statements..
