By facing my fear… I would be a retired Senior on an extremely limited budget enjoying my new living situation with new friends, old friends, and renewed connections with my family… Compared to a very tired and lonely Senior struggling with my physical and mental health, attempting to be self sufficient but needing and searching for help…
Thank you so much for all of the talks. My immobility is all connected to fears… Life has a way of wearing away my intent and resolve… I do not give up… but get oh so very tired… and the procrastination is just plain silly… Escape gave me respite in the past… but no longer helps me through… I have spent a life of taking care of others and now am trying to take care of myself…
Again…thank you for helping me put clarity to my fear… (-:
Tara,
Thank you so much for sharing this information. I suffer from childhood I conditioning of not being good enough. I can see where I have lived in fight mode while suffering from anxiety and depression. I am just now looking to heal this so that I can live a much fuller life. I am going to begin paying attention and offering love.

Without fear I would be dead. Without fear that there’s something wrong with me – I would be free from anxiety and stress in my relationships with others.. free to love and be loved.
I would trust myself and my intuitions. I would act more… take the initiative even more. I may even make the impact and positive dfiference I dream of making. I believe if I lived without fear I would be more connected to my true nature and also more connected to others.
I always sought to hide from myself, because I believed that everything I was, was wrong. My shyness overwhelmed my life and I accommodated it as best as possible to live in a comfortable way, fleeing from my unpleasant sensations, because I couldn’t handle them… So today my life is in solitude, I still feel ashamed and afraid of what can think of me, because I am not one of those who have found success in the professional, social and personal spheres. If I were a person without fear of myself, maybe I would have been someone who would be closer to opportunities, in every aspect of my life.
I would enjoy my life as it is and be free to savour every moment of if. I would stop to compare my physical state with what it was or what it will be next.
I cannot imagine who I would be without fear. Nothing comes to mind or heart when I ask myself this question. Perhaps I block this vision, because if I really would envisage a potential me with a fearless heart, I might be devastated with regret for all these wasted years….
Without fear I would be able to connect with others in a more real way. I would be freer to love and care for them. I would be open to experience joy and fulfillment in my life.
I would be braver – willing to face difficult challenges instead of avoiding them.
I would accept myself as I am now, not fear mental and physical issues, but embrace and work with them.
I would feel freer, to step out and explore the world more, and dabble in things that might interest me, instead of staying safe and ‘small’.
I would be more myself, and celebrate who I am.
I have been forwarding these videos to my clients, and now have signed up for the 6 week program. I plan to do it with my husband – CE credits for me, but shared growth for both of us.
I’d be a psychopath. I don’t think it’s good to be without fear, it is a necessary emotion and if there’s one thing I’ve learnt from my years of practice, the challenge is to relate to this and any other difficult emotions in a way that isn’t paralysing or defining. I want to live present and free without my life being driven by fear.
I would be more spontaneous and free to be who I am. More confident that my natural self is enough for others. Maybe I would feel less guilt that giving what is right for me may not be enough .
Thank you Tara. Who would I be without fear. Just the thought makes me feel free. No Cage of fear. I would see a world and life full of opportunity instead of threats
