I would be able to free the tension in my neck and throat and shoulder areas, and thereby be able to express myself with more clarity. Thank you Tara for these meaningful offerings of wisdom and healing.
I bull~dozed over my fears and pushed through all of my life and therefore took those chances of failure in life and in some ways, the ways of creating safety nets, I failed. Had I faced my fears and took those life chances more mindfully, I think I would have faired better, and would have the extra money to take this workshop, which sounds wonderful. I appreciate these free sessions very much, 🙏 thank you.
Superhuman? Possibly somewhat arrogant and boorish.
Fear is just another voice – the problem is its capacity to draw to itself all the attention in the room.
That’s why news content is largely fear based – because it draws attention – which can be exploited by advertising.
More generous, confident, able to give and receive, more spontaneous and more ;
alive to beauty in the world, in others, in myself. I would be taller, more at peace, and more willing to take risks and make mistakes. I would be more authentic, not needing to hide or mask or pretend or compare. These freedom would enlarge my life
A person without a conscience for the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom. To love God with all my heart, soul and mind and my neighbor as myself, being empowered to be who God truly needs me to be for I am His for my life is His.
Thank you.
I have just listened to all three: what resonates with me is the need
to stay with the feeling of anxiety for a while and come to deeply realise that: “ it’s real but not true” – ie. the difference between reality and truth: anything that relates to the future is not yet truth and may never be
therefore to waste energy on it is not: practical/ not worth it.
I loved the question of who would you be…it really hit home. I relate to the gerbil cage thinking and am working on connecting with love, and as you say, it can be from when you were very young, like 3. I like what you offered and will use it today
These workshops provide tools that are so accessible; they seem equally simple yet based in deeply complex concepts. I’ve found them to be very useful in understanding ways that I can adapt not just my own anxiety, but on my journey of therapy training and supporting others. 🙏
